POLICIES

-Deposits:

• A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and must be sent immediately after booking. If deposit is not sent within 15 min of booking, appointment will be cancelled. Deposits must be sent via Venmo: Dalia-FL 

  
  

-​Cancellations, Delays or No Shows:

• There's a 15 min period grace if the client is running late more than 15 min, the appointment needs to be reschedule and deposit will be forfeited.

  
  

• We kindly ask clients to notify as soon as possible if there is a need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. The deposit is transferable ONE time only if the request is made at least 5 hours before the appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling after the 5-hour window will result in the deposit being forfeited, necessitating a new deposit for rescheduling.

  
  

• No-shows without prior notice will result in the deposit being forfeited and future bookings will not be allowed.

  
  

-Etiquette:​

• To prevent any delays, the  client should come to the appointment with clean lashes (no makeup, no creams around the eyes, and no mascara) to avoid a $15 cleaning fee.

  
  

• Client needs to have a min of 40% of lash extensions to be consider as a refill. Less than 40% of extensions will be a new full set.

  
  

-After-hours:

• Business hours are from Monday to Thursday 5pm-7pm, Friday 2pm-6pm and Saturday 9-5pm. Appointments before or after business hours have an extra charge of $45 per service.

  If one or two nails pop's off within a week of an application the client has 48 hrs to assist to an appointment to get the nail replace for free, after 48 hrs the client will be responsible of payment. 

  
  

• If more than 35% of lash extensions fell off within 2-3 days of application the client has the responsibility to inform the technician and book an appointment for the next 24 hrs. If client has no time to assist to the appointment provided the technician is no longer responsible.
